SUMMARY:Executing a Flip Transaction with Alfredo Palacios

However\, relocating a startup is far from simple.  \nAccording to Alfredo Palacios\, a tax partner at JA Del Río\, an accounting firm focused on helping companies do business in Latin America\, moving a business to a new country can be challenging due to the complexity of flip transactions. \nOn June 29\, Palacios will host a webinar for Founders Network members where he’ll discuss the importance of planning and structuring a flip transaction.
