Magazine<\/a>\u00a0in December and was shared on LinkedIn by a respected colleague.\u00a0 Developed by Tony Wong, a Project Management Blackbelt with clients like Toyota, Honda and Disney,\u00a0these tips were written up by Ilya Pozin and are heavy on how to handle email.\u00a0 Here are the highlights:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1. Work backwards from goals to milestones to tasks.<\/li>\n<li>2. Stop multi-tasking. Changing tasks more than 10 times in a day makes you dumber than being stoned.<\/li>\n<li>3. Be militant about eliminating distractions. Complete your tasks.<\/li>\n<li>4. Pick only two or three times during the day when you\u2019re going to use your email.<\/li>\n<li>5. Use the phone. Don\u2019t reply more than twice to an email.<\/li>\n<li>6. Work on your own agenda. Don\u2019t let something else set your day.<\/li>\n<li>7. Work in 60 to 90 minute intervals.
